Process Analyst
Zofia Kaczmarek
Concrete numbers instead of guesses
Zofia joined Poznań Progress Partners in March 2018. Since then, she has screened and organized processes in 43 companies from Greater Poland. Her work starts where the owner stops grasping what his people's time is spent on. Without beating around the bush, she points out errors in the organization that cost the company real money. On average, she manages to regain 7 hours of operational work for the client every week.
What does the audit look like in practice?
Zofia does not believe in magic methods. She checks facts, not promises. The first stage is usually 3 days of observation in your office. She then analyzes 12 key points of contact between departments. (Heads-up: Zofia can be very direct when she sees a waste of time on unnecessary reports). After this stage, you get a list of changes that we put into life within 14 working days.
- Reduction of redundant meeting times by 23% on a monthly scale.
- Implementation of clear instructions for the 5 most important processes in the company.
- Elimination of paperwork, which shortens invoice circulation by an average of 1.5 days.
Real results with our clients
In the last quarter, Zofia worked with a production company from Wilda. They had a huge chaos in communication between the office and the hall. Zofia introduced 4 simple patterns for passing on orders. The effect was visible after 19 days – the number of errors in orders fell by 28%. Straight talk for the board: the investment in her support paid for itself for this company in less than 3 months.
People are not Excel spreadsheets, which is why Zofia ensures that new rules are simple and understandable for every employee. If a procedure is too difficult, no one will follow it. She understands this and that's why her methods stay in companies for years, and not just for the duration of the project. Privately, Zofia lives in Jeżyce and values punctuality – if she arranges to report on Tuesday at 10:00 AM, you will get it at exactly that time.
