On what rules do we work?

By entering our site or ordering an audit from us, you accept these simple rules. We do not like thick legal volumes, so we write specifically, without beating around the bush. Our base is located in Poznań at Półwiejska St 32 and from here we manage all projects for our clients. If you use contact forms, you do it voluntarily, and we promise to reply within 4 business hours.

We treat these terms as a gentleman's agreement between us and your board. If any points do not suit you, simply do not use our services. We respect your time and expect the same. Every cooperation starts with a 15-minute conversation, during which we check facts, not promises. If we decide that we are not able to help your company, we will tell you straight from the start.

What exactly do we offer?

We provide consulting and training services for bosses and directors. In our offer you will find quick culture audits, board training and individual development plans for leaders. Every service has a price assigned in the price list – for example a Quick Audit costs 3400 PLN once. We do not add hidden fees for report preparation or short telephone consultations during the project duration.

We operate based on real situations from your office, and not theory from textbooks. If we agree on 3 days of team work observation, that's how long it takes. We always deliver the error report within 48 hours from the end of the visit. This is straight talk for the board. Remember that our trainings usually last 3.2 hours, so as not to block the entire working day for your employees. We focus on results that can be measured, such as a drop in turnover or time gain.

Payments and deadlines

We issue a VAT invoice for the work done. Our standard payment deadline is 7 days from the document issuance date, unless we establish otherwise with constant cooperation. If you order Constant Culture from us, we collect a fee of 2100 PLN every month. We respect our clients' money, therefore we play fairly and do not change rates during the order's duration.

In the case of trips outside Poznań and the nearest surroundings, we add simple fuel costs at a rate established before the project starts. We do not like surprises in Excel spreadsheets, so you will learn about everything from the quote you will receive within 24 hours of inquiry. If you are late with payment for more than 14 days, our seven trainers will have to stop further work until the arrears are settled. For us this is a matter of clear game rules.

Changes in schedule and cancellations

We perfectly know that a fire often breaks out in the office and plans must change. If you have to move a workshop date, let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Our schedule is tight because we serve 83 local companies annually. If you cancel a meeting on the morning of the training day, we will have to count 47% of the established rate for trainer readiness. This is an honest way of putting matters towards our team.

We also promise reliability. If any of our trainers, like Marek or Anna, gets sick, we will inform you about it immediately. In such a situation, we will jointly establish a new, convenient date or propose a substitute of another specialist from our seven. We check facts, not promises, so we care about the work in your company not standing still due to errors in the calendar.

Responsibility and discretion

During audits we hear and see things that employees do not say loudly to the boss. We guarantee full confidentiality – everything we find out stays between us and you. We do not carry trade secrets to competitors, even if they operate around the corner in Poznań. This is a foundation of our trust, on which we have been building the company for 7 years. People are not spreadsheets, therefore we take care of their privacy with every interview.

On the other hand, we deliver tools and a plan, but you make the final decisions in your company. We do not take responsibility for financial results or errors of your team resulting from not implementing our recommendations. We give specific knowledge and task delegation sheets, but the leader must use them daily. Our help ends where your directorial power begins.
