What exactly does this culture audit look like?
We enter the company for 3 days. We observe work and talk to people without your presence. In 48h you get a clean report about what is slowing down the work. No fluff.
Won't the workshops disrupt our schedule?
We divide the training into blocks of 3.2 hours. This is straight talk for the board – specific knowledge and immediate return to tasks. We don't block the entire working day.
Do you conduct online meetings?
Sure. But to be honest, it works best live. A company culture can't be fixed through a webcam as effectively as at one table.
For how large teams do you work?
Our seven trainers are practitioners. We work most often with groups from 4 to 9 people. Then everyone has time to work through their difficult situations.
When will I see a real change in the office?
People are not Excel spreadsheets, but changes are visible quickly. The first new rules come into life a week after the workshops. You will feel a drop in tension in the office after about a month.
