Marek founded Poznań Progress Partners in 2016 after managing a team of 14 people in a local production plant for 8 years. He saw there with his own eyes how the lack of clear rules destroys the enthusiasm of even the best employees. In the office, he adheres to the principle that straight talk for the board is better than hours-long debates about nothing. (By the way, most problems in companies result from the fact that people are simply afraid to tell the truth to someone's face).

In 2024 alone, he helped 32 bosses from Poznań and the surrounding area regain control over their calendars. We check facts, not promises – that is his main motto, which he sticks to with every personnel audit.

When he is not organizing processes in companies, Marek regenerates his strength away from technology. He lives near Poznań, has 3 dogs and is passionate about the renovation of old workshop furniture. This hobby taught him patience – he knows that sometimes you have to sand something to zero for it to look and function properly again. He carries the same reliability into the training room, where every minute devoted to learning real management counts.
