Why does Karolina deal with numbers at PPP?

Karolina joined Poznań Progress Partners in March 2018. She doesn't look for magic in a team, only for specific errors in how documents and emails flow. Over the last years, she has screened 83 companies, mainly from Poznań and the surroundings of Luboń. She knows perfectly well that people are not Excel spreadsheets, but those tables often show in black and white where the boss loses the most nerves and money.

Her work starts where the pleasantries in the corridor end. Karolina checks facts, not promises. If in your office decisions stand still for 4 days, she will find the specific person or procedure that blocks it. (A small note: it is not always nice for the team at the beginning, but it always helps the company to survive). In one of the last projects for a local warehouse, she shortened order approval time from 6 days to just over 1.5 days.

Specifics instead of guesses

With Karolina, you won't hear about building grand visions. You will hear instead that 31% of your employees do not know who actually has the last word in important matters. This is straight talk for the board. Karolina prepares reports that have a maximum of 5 pages. That's enough to know exactly what needs to be changed at 8:00 AM on Monday morning to stop firefighting.

  • Analyzed 156 decision processes in the last quarter.
  • Detected 14 unnecessary weekly meetings in a company with a 47-person staff.
  • Prepares a specific corrective plan in 7 working days.

Without beating around the bush

Karolina is able to honestly say that a given problem results from a lack of clear rules, and not from the character of the employees. If she sees that the boss himself is blocking the company, she will tell him to his face. Without unnecessary embellishments. Such a method allows us to close corrective projects in 4 weeks, instead of dragging them out for months. Sometimes company owners are slightly surprised by her directness, but after the first month of calmer work, they admit that this is exactly what they needed.
